Requirements If you have agreed to become a Got IT centre you will be required to scan the serial number of each system that comes into your premises to check status whether it be new or used and in failing to do this could result in your agreement with Global Online Tracing been terminated. Use of the Database You may retrieve and display data from your customer onto Global Online Tracing Ltd database and print a cert from the database on an official Global Online Tracing Ltd Pre-printed Cert Paper that in turn must be given to your customer. Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way exploit any of the Data in particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions contained in the preceding sentence, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from Global Online Tracing Ltd. 1. Reproduce or store in or transmit to any other web site, newsgroup, mailing list, electronic bulletin board, server or other storage device connected to a network, Online or any Data, or modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of. To create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit commercially Online or any of the Data without the prior written consent of Global Online Tracing Ltd. Requests for permission for other uses may be sent to the Global Online Tracing Ltd, Slevin House, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal, Ireland 1. You are responsible for the Global Online Tracing Ltd Certificates, which we provide to you and which you are not permitted to reproduce in any form by copy or print. All certificates sold are to be genuine Global Online Tracing Ltd certs and if found not to be, your customers registration will be void and removed with-out refund from Global Online Tracing Ltd database. You may also lose your right to be a Global Online Tracing Centre if found that you knowingly tried to copy for profit our certificates. 1. On the signing of the contract between Global Online Tracing Ltd and your centre you will be committing to a term of 36 months contract wherein you may not use another system which would be considered to be of the same use and purpose as Global Online Tracing Ltd. Also for a period of no less than 12 months after you have terminated your contract in writing to Global Online Tracing Ltd. This is to confirm your commitment to Global Online Tracing Ltd and to your customers, which have registered though your centre. Payments The payment structure for Global Online Tracing Ltd will be as follows After your centre has been, approved and you have received your logon details you may start to use our database for profit and at the end of each calendar month Global Online Tracing Ltd will issue you with an invoice for the total number of certificates registered from your centre. We will also inform you of a payment before date on your invoice, which must be met without fail and if funds have not reached Global Online Tracing Ltd by that date and you have not agreed a later payment plan then you will be liable for a late payment fee of 5% of total invoice. Global Online Tracing Ltd reserves the right to stop access to our database to any centre, which does not abide by these terms. Passwords and Responsibilities Upon subscription you will be assigned a user name and sign-on password. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality, use of and access to Global Online Tracing Ltd using your user name and sign-on password. You agree to notify Global Online Tracing Ltd immediately if you become aware of any loss or theft of any user name or sign-on password, or any unauthorized use of a user name or sign-on password. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must not sign the Global Online Tracing Ltd Contract. We reserve the right to prevent you accessing this site, without prejudice to any of our other rights, if we consider that you have contravened our Policy on Privacy and Use of Information or any of these Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to terminate your contract with us. Unlawful & Prohibited Use As a condition of your use of the Service, you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms of use.
